Key Responsibilities




  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the station.

  • Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of targets.

  • Ensure accurate stock management and reconciliation of petroleum products.

  • Supervise station staff, including supervisors, cashiers, and pump attendants.

  • Ensure compliance with operational, safety, and environmental regulations.

  • Manage cash handling processes and banking activities.

  • Investigate and report product shortages, losses, or operational discrepancies.

  • Maintain excellent customer service standards.

  • Prepare and submit operational reports to management.

  • Ensure proper maintenance of station facilities and equipment.



Qualifications




  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelors Degree with 1 - 3 years experience.
