  • The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving revenue targets, managing key accounts, supervising the sales team, and identifying new business opportunities across corporate, retail, events, hospitality, and recreational markets.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and business growth targets

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and departmental objectives

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and corporate accounts

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, schools, organizations, and event partners

  • Drive sales for recreational activities, events, memberships, group bookings, and corporate packages

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities

  • Prepare and present periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to Management

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams to execute promotional campaigns and customer engagement initiatives

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnership agreements with clients and vendors

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

  • Attend networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings to promote the UPBEAT brand

  • Develop and manage sales budgets and revenue projections



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field

  • Minimum of 5–7 years proven experience in sales management, preferably within hospitality, entertainment, recreation, events, or related industries

  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets

  • Excellent relationship management and business development skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
