Role overview

• You will lead the accounting function.


• You will ensure accurate financial reporting and strong financial control.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting operations and reporting.


• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.


• Oversee budgeting, cash flow, and forecasting.


• Ensure tax, audit, and regulatory compliance.


• Monitor project costs and profitability.


• Strengthen financial controls and procedures.


• Lead and mentor the accounts team.

Requirements

• B.Sc in Accounting, Finance, or related field.


• Professional certification (ICAN, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).


• Minimum 5 years experience as Head of Accounts.


• Construction industry experience is an advantage.


• Strong analytical and leadership skills.


• High integrity and attention to detail.
