Job Summary

• We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Officer to support sales activities within the assigned territory.


• The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting products, maintaining relationships with customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and achieving assigned sales targets.


• This role is best suited for an early-career sales professional looking to build a career in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company's products to existing and prospective customers.


• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacies, hospitals, retailers, distributors, and other customers as applicable.


• Conduct regular customer visits and follow up on sales leads.


• Ensure proper product visibility and availability within customer locations.


• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in any relevant discipline.


• 1–3 years of sales experience.


• Previous experience in FMCG, pharmaceutical, healthcare, retail, or field sales will be an added advantage.


• Good communication and interpersonal skills.


• Strong customer relationship management abilities.


• Basic negotiation and persuasion skills.
