Job Summary




  • The Van Sales Representative is responsible for executing sales in assigned routes/territories,

  • distributing products and driving the company’s Van.

  • The ideal candidate is preferably male and must be able to drive.



Key Responsibilities




  • Carefully map out routes and identify new territories / customers and growth opportunities.

  • Deliver company’s products to customers along assigned routes.

  • Generate Orders, issue invoices and collect payments as required.

  • Achieve sales targets as set by the Company.

  • Ensure Van is roadworthy before departure.

  • Maintain accurate stock records.

  • Maintain good customer relationship and escalate complaints appropriately.



Qualifications and Experience




  • Minimum of HND in any field.

  • 2 - 5 years of experience in FMCG or direct sales.

  • Valid driver’s license and excellent knowledge of Nigeria’s road route.

  • Ability to drive long distances.



Skills:




  • Strong customer relationship management.

  • Accountability and Grit.

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

  • Risk analysis.

  • Fluent in English and at least one Nigerian local dialect.
