Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Process invoices, payments, receipts, and reconciliations.
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor and track accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure account accuracy.
- Assist in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost monitoring.
- Support payroll-related financial processes.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy across operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of OND, HND, or BSc in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience (NYSC experience is an added advantage).
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Zoho, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good organisational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Integrity, confidentiality, and a high level of professionalism.
- Must reside within or close to Ogba, Berger, Ikeja, or surrounding areas.
