Key Responsibilities




  • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.

  • Process invoices, payments, receipts, and reconciliations.

  • Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

  • Monitor and track accounts payable and accounts receivable.

  • Perform bank reconciliations and ensure account accuracy.

  • Assist in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost monitoring.

  • Support payroll-related financial processes.

  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy across operations.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.



Requirements & Qualifications




  • Minimum of OND, HND, or BSc in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience (NYSC experience is an added advantage).

  • Good understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Zoho, or similar).

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

  • Good organisational, time management, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Integrity, confidentiality, and a high level of professionalism.

  • Must reside within or close to Ogba, Berger, Ikeja, or surrounding areas.
