We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Controller to manage project documentation, ensure proper filing, tracking, and distribution of documents, and support project communication processes.
The ideal candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, familiar with project documentation systems, and experienced in preparing document transmittals.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and manage all project-related documents in an organized and secure manner
Create, track, and update document registers and logs using Microsoft Excel
Prepare and issue document transmittals for internal and external stakeholders
Ensure proper version control of documents and prevent duplication or loss of information
Receive, distribute, and archive incoming and outgoing project documents
Support project teams with documentation required for meetings, reports, and approvals
Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and vendors to ensure timely document submission and approval
Qualifications
Minimum of B.Eng, Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, formulas, and basic reporting)
Experience with document control systems or project documentation processes
Ability to create and manage document transmittals accurately
