Job Description






The Procurement Officer shall be responsible for the timely sourcing, purchasing, documentation, and distribution of goods required for the effective operation of the company.



Minimum Requirements:




  • Bachelor's degree or HND in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and basic computer operations.

  • Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.

  • Good understanding of documentation, record keeping, and report writing.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills.

  • High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple procurement requests simultaneously.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Clinical knowledge or experience in a pharmacy, hospital, or healthcare setting will be an added advantage.

  • Previous experience in procurement, inventory management, or warehouse operations is preferred.
