Work Days: Monday – Saturday
Key Responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell vape products within the assigned state.
- Identify, onboard, and manage new retail outlets, distributors, and wholesalers.
- Ensure adequate product visibility and penetration across mapped territories.
- Follow up on leads, close deals, and achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat sales.
- Conduct market visits, competitor assessment, and customer feedback gathering.
Requirement:
- OND/HND/BSc in any field.
- 1–3 years experience in sales (FMCG, tobacco, beverages, or similar industries is an advantage).
- Strong knowledge of retail and wholesale markets within the assigned state.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong field presence, energy, and passion for sales.
- Ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Good reporting discipline and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
