What You’ll do



Your responsibilities will include:




  • Managing the CEO's priorities and ensuring important projects move forward.

  • Coordinating meetings, launches and company initiatives.

  • Following up with team members to ensure deadlines are met.

  • Writing clear emails, documents and presentations.

  • Creating and improving operational systems and processes.

  • Conducting research and preparing reports.

  • Managing relationships with healthcare professionals, partners and vendors.

  • Supporting recruitment and onboarding when required.

  • Identifying problems before they become emergencies.

  • Taking ownership of special projects from planning to execution.
