What You’ll do
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the CEO's priorities and ensuring important projects move forward.
- Coordinating meetings, launches and company initiatives.
- Following up with team members to ensure deadlines are met.
- Writing clear emails, documents and presentations.
- Creating and improving operational systems and processes.
- Conducting research and preparing reports.
- Managing relationships with healthcare professionals, partners and vendors.
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding when required.
- Identifying problems before they become emergencies.
- Taking ownership of special projects from planning to execution.

Preferred Qualifications
- 2–5 years of relevant experience supporting founders, executives or managing operations.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong Microsoft Office and Google Workspace skills.
- Experience working in a startup is a plus.
