Key Responsibilities  




  • Clean and maintain all public areas, including lobbies, corridors, elevators, restrooms, staircases, offices, meeting rooms, and other assigned areas.

  • Ensure public areas are clean, sanitary, and well-presented at all times.

  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, polish, and sanitize floors, furniture, fixtures, and high-touch surfaces.

  • Replenish restroom supplies and maintain cleanliness of public washrooms.

  • Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and lost or found items promptly.

  • Dispose of waste and ensure proper waste segregation in line with hotel standards.

  • Assist with deep-cleaning schedules and special cleaning projects as assigned.



Requirements:




  • 1–2 years of experience in housekeeping or public area cleaning in a hotel or hospitality environment.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and operate cleaning equipment.

  • Fluency in English.



Preferred Qualifications:




  • Previous experience with hotel operating systems

  • Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices

  • Certification in infection control, hygiene, or environmental sustainability
