Job Description
Are you passionate about sales and building lasting client relationships? We are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to join our Commercial team and drive business growth by acquiring new customers, managing client relationships, and promoting our logistics solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new individual and corporate customers to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Promote the Company's logistics, courier, freight, and e-commerce delivery solutions to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive retention and repeat business.
- Conduct sales presentations, client visits, and negotiations to secure new business opportunities.
- Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline through prospecting, referrals, networking, and market intelligence.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements in line with company policies.
- Collaborate with Operations and Customer Experience teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities using the Company's CRM system.
- Prepare periodic sales reports and consistently achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Sales, Business Development, or Customer Acquisition.
- Experience in logistics, courier services, transportation, FMCG, banking, telecommunications, or other service-driven industries will be an added advantage.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management and business development skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM tools is an added advantage.
