Are you passionate about sales and building lasting client relationships? We are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to join our Commercial team and drive business growth by acquiring new customers, managing client relationships, and promoting our logistics solutions.



Key Responsibilities




  • Identify and acquire new individual and corporate customers to achieve sales and revenue targets.

  • Promote the Company's logistics, courier, freight, and e-commerce delivery solutions to prospective clients.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive retention and repeat business.

  • Conduct sales presentations, client visits, and negotiations to secure new business opportunities.

  • Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline through prospecting, referrals, networking, and market intelligence.

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements in line with company policies.

  • Collaborate with Operations and Customer Experience teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities using the Company's CRM system.

  • Prepare periodic sales reports and consistently achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.



Requirements




  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Sales, Business Development, or Customer Acquisition.

  • Experience in logistics, courier services, transportation, FMCG, banking, telecommunications, or other service-driven industries will be an added advantage.

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Strong customer relationship management and business development skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM tools is an added advantage.

  • Self-motivated, resilient, and able to thrive in a target-driven environment.
