Job Summary




  • We are seeking a highly motivated, commercially driven, and results-oriented professional to lead strategic business development initiatives, drive revenue growth, and expand the organization’s corporate client portfolio.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, acquiring high-value clients, and delivering sustainable business growth.

  • This role is ideal for an experienced business development professional with a strong understanding of the financial services sector, exceptional relationship management skills, and a proven ability to exceed revenue targets.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve organizational growth objectives.

  • Identify, prospect, and onboard high-value corporate clients and strategic partners.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive long-term business growth.

  • Develop innovative sales strategies to increase market share and revenue generation.

  • Achieve assigned revenue, sales, and portfolio growth targets.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging business opportunities.

  • Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and negotiations to prospective clients.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and exceptional service delivery.

  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide accurate performance reports and sales forecasts.

  • Represent the organization at business meetings, networking events, conferences, and industry engagements.

  • Monitor industry trends and recommend strategies to strengthen the organization’s competitive position.



Requirements

Education:




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.



Experiences:




  • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in business development within the financial services industry.

  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue and business growth targets.

  • Strong knowledge of corporate sales, client relationship management, and business development strategies.



Skills:




  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM applications.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
