Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve organizational growth objectives.
Identify, prospect, and onboard high-value corporate clients and strategic partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive long-term business growth.
Develop innovative sales strategies to increase market share and revenue generation.
Achieve assigned revenue, sales, and portfolio growth targets.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging business opportunities.
Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and negotiations to prospective clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and exceptional service delivery.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide accurate performance reports and sales forecasts.
Represent the organization at business meetings, networking events, conferences, and industry engagements.
Monitor industry trends and recommend strategies to strengthen the organization’s competitive position.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.
Experiences:
Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in business development within the financial services industry.
Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue and business growth targets.
Strong knowledge of corporate sales, client relationship management, and business development strategies.
