Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end sales operations and route-to-market execution within assigned axis
- Drive achievement of sales volume, revenue, and distribution targets
- Manage, coach, and supervise the sales team (including Van and Open Market Sales Reps) within the territory
- Develop and strengthen relationships with key distributors, wholesalers, and retail customers
- Identify growth opportunities and expand market share within the axis
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends; provide strategic recommendations
- Ensure proper stock management, merchandising standards, and outlet coverage
- Analyze sales data and prepare periodic performance reports for Management
Requirements
- Proven 7 years experience in FMCG sales management, ideally within the relevant axis
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
- Sound knowledge of the assigned territory's trade landscape
Salary: N500,000 (Total Package) with HMO, Pension & Group Life Insurance
