Key Responsibilities




  • Oversee end-to-end sales operations and route-to-market execution within assigned axis

  • Drive achievement of sales volume, revenue, and distribution targets

  • Manage, coach, and supervise the sales team (including Van and Open Market Sales Reps) within the territory

  • Develop and strengthen relationships with key distributors, wholesalers, and retail customers

  • Identify growth opportunities and expand market share within the axis

  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends; provide strategic recommendations

  • Ensure proper stock management, merchandising standards, and outlet coverage

  • Analyze sales data and prepare periodic performance reports for Management



Requirements




  • Proven 7 years experience in FMCG sales management, ideally within the relevant axis

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills

  • Sound knowledge of the assigned territory's trade landscape



Salary: N500,000 (Total Package) with HMO, Pension & Group Life Insurance
