As the Recruitment Intern, you will support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while gaining hands-on experience in talent acquisition.
Responsibilities
Source candidates through job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels
Screen CVs and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers
Support job posting, interview coordination, and onboarding activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
0–1 year experience in recruitment or HR is an added advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online recruitment platforms
Must be proactive, organized, and willing to learn.
