We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Business Development Manager to identify growth opportunities, secure new business, and strengthen client relationships within the oil and gas sector.
The successful candidate will drive revenue growth, manage strategic partnerships, and support the company's long-term business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the oil and gas industry.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, industry partners, and key stakeholders.
Source and respond to tenders, RFQs, and RFPs.
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close business deals.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities.
Collaborate with technical and operations teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular business development reports.
Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and networking engagements.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
5 -10 years' experience in business development within the oil and gas industry.
Strong knowledge of the oil and gas value chain, tendering, and contract negotiation.
Proven track record of securing new business and achieving revenue targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
