Job Summary




  • We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Business Development Manager to identify growth opportunities, secure new business, and strengthen client relationships within the oil and gas sector.

  • The successful candidate will drive revenue growth, manage strategic partnerships, and support the company's long-term business objectives.



Key Responsibilities




  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the oil and gas industry.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, industry partners, and key stakeholders.

  • Source and respond to tenders, RFQs, and RFPs.

  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close business deals.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities.

  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams to deliver client-focused solutions.

  • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular business development reports.

  • Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and networking engagements.



Requirements




  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 5 -10 years' experience in business development within the oil and gas industry.

  • Strong knowledge of the oil and gas value chain, tendering, and contract negotiation.

  • Proven track record of securing new business and achieving revenue targets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
