Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.


• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a Restaurant Manager role within the hospitality or Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.


• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.


• Demonstrated ability to drive business performance and achieve operational targets.


• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
