Job Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of the sales cycle from the moment a qualified lead lands in your pipeline through to a signed contract.
- Deliver high-impact, consultative product demonstrations that directly tie our LegalTech solutions to your prospect’s specific business pains.
- Lead all commercial discussions, develop tailored proposals, handle pricing objections, and negotiate terms confidently within approved guidelines to maximize deal value.
- Relentless Pipeline Management: Ruthlessly manage your opportunities in the CRM, ensuring every deal is accurately forecasted and actively moving toward a close date.
- Drive Revenue: Aggressively chase and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets.
- Seamless Handover: Ensure a flawless transition of new logos to the Account Management team with complete, detailed onboarding documentation.
Requirements (Non-Negotiables)
- 2–4 years of verifiable B2B sales closing experience—specifically in SaaS, technology, or professional services. (Finance/Accounting, audit, or compliance experience does not count).
- Proven track record of independently managing a multi-stage sales process
- Demonstrable history of consistently hitting or exceeding monthly/quarterly revenue quotas (be prepared to share your numbers).
- Polished presentation skills with the confidence to command a room full of C-suite executives, law firm partners, and government directors.
- Sharp negotiation and commercial acumen
- CRM knowledge- must have experience with platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive.
- Willingness to travel extensively within your assigned territory for in-person client meetings and on-site demos.
