Job Description
Our client is a fast-growing ICT Consulting firm with a strategic focus in developing industry-specific solutions, business consulting, and systems integration, with offices in Lagos and Abuja, Nigeria. Due to expansion, they need a results-driven *Marketing Executive*.
The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that directly impact revenue growth. This is a hands-on role for someone with strong technical marketing skills, proven experience in digital lead generation, and a track record of managing high-performing online campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy & Campaigns
- Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies aligned with company growth goals.
- Manage paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads), ensuring strong ROI.
- Execute SEO/SEM strategies to increase organic visibility and lead acquisition.
- A/B test campaigns, creatives, and landing pages for continuous improvement.
Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization
- Design and run demand-generation campaigns targeting SMEs, mid-market, and enterprise clients.
- Build and optimize marketing funnels (awareness → consideration → conversion).
- Work with the Sales and Business Development teams to align MQLs with sales targets.
Content & Digital Engagement
- Create engaging content for blogs, social media, newsletters, and product campaigns.
- Oversee social media presence (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook) with growth-focused strategies.
- Support design and execution of digital collateral (brochures, infographics, videos, product demos).
Analytics & Performance Reporting
- Track and report campaign KPIs: CTR, CPC, conversion rates, ROAS, CAC, and LTV.
- Use Google Analytics, HubSpot/Zoho CRM, and reporting dashboards to monitor and optimize performance.
- Provide weekly/monthly performance dashboards to management.
Events, Partnerships & Customer Marketing
- Plan and execute webinars, online and physical events, and virtual product demos.
- Collaborate with HR associations, business networks, and industry partners for brand visibility.
- Drive digital customer communication campaigns (product updates, retention campaigns, feedback surveys).
Key Requirements & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience working with CRM and marketing automation tools is an added advantage.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or Tech solutions.
- Proven track record of managing paid ad campaigns and SEO/SEM strategies that generated measurable leads/pipeline.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp, or
- equivalent). Skills & Competencies *Strong digital marketing expertise (SEO, SEM,PPC, content, email, and social media).*
- Advanced use of tools: Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills tailored to business audiences.
- Analytical mindset — able to extract insights from data and act quickly.
- Bonus: basic design/video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite).
- Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills. KPIs / Success Metrics
- Grow qualified leads by X% per quarter.
- Achieve target ROAS on paid campaigns.
- Improve organic search visibility and website traffic by X% within 6 months.
- Maintain CAC within target benchmarks.
