The learning & development (L&D) specialist will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and implementing employee training and development programs that enhance skills, improve performance, and support organizational growth.
The role focuses on identifying training needs for employees, managing learning initiatives, and promoting continuous development across the organization.
Responsibilities
Identify training and development needs through assessments and performance reviews.
Develop and coordinate employee training programs.
Organize workshops, seminars, and learning activities.
Manage training schedules, materials, and logistics.
Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare reports.
Support employee career development and succession planning initiatives.
Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
Collaborate with managers to improve employee performance through learning solutions.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Professional certifications in Learning & Development, HR, or training are an advantage.
Experience:
2–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, training coordination, HR, or a related role.
Other Requirements:
