Job Description




  • The HR Business Partner (HRBP) works closely with business leaders, head of human resource, and employees to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

  • The role provides strategic HR support, improves employee engagement, supports talent management initiatives, and ensures effective implementation of HR policies and practices.



Responsibilities




  • Partner with managers to provide HR guidance and support on people-related matters.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

  • Support workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee retention initiatives.

  • Provide guidance on performance management and employee development.

  • Handle employee relations issues and promote a positive workplace culture.

  • Support organizational change and transformation initiatives.

  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to management.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

  • Collaborate with HR teams on compensation, benefits, learning, and engagement programs.



Requirements

Education:




  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Professional HR certification (CIPM, CIPD, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is an advantage.



Experience:





  • 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, including experience in an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role.





Other Requirements:




  • Strong understanding of business operations and HR strategy.

  • Ability to work with senior leaders and employees at all levels.

  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.

  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders.
