About the Role:



We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, improve performance, and ensure the highest level of efficiency across departments.



The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and the ability to optimize processes and drive business success.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations across departments.

  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness across departments.

  • Monitor KPIs and operational metrics, analyzing performance and recommending improvements.

  • Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate between departments to ensure smooth workflow.

  • Manage budgets, forecasting, and resource planning.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

  • Identify opportunities for operational improvement and cost reduction.

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of operations staff.

  • Collaborate with senior management to align operations with company goals.



Qualifications:




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in operations, project management, or a related role.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication abilities.

  • Proficient in using operations-related software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel, project management platforms).

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.



Preferred Skills:




  • Experience with process improvement methodologies.

  • Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing.

  • Familiarity with financial principles and budget management.
