Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Program Implementation:
- Coordinate the planning and execution of financial literacy programs, competitions, workshops, and school engagements.
- Manage program schedules, logistics, and stakeholder communications.
- Ensure activities are delivered on time and according to program objectives.
School Club Coordination:
- Oversee the establishment and support of school clubs in participating schools following sponsorship or funding approval.
- Work with schools to launch and sustain clubs across various skill areas, including financial literacy, entrepreneurship, leadership, technology, and career development.
- Monitor club activities and participation.
Monitoring & Reporting:
- Track program activities, outcomes, and impact indicators.
- Collect and manage data from schools and club coordinators.
- Prepare regular reports for management, partners, and sponsors.
- Document success stories, lessons learned, and program achievements.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, teachers, sponsors, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Serve as a key point of contact for participating schools and program partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in program coordination, education, youth development, or project management.
- Strong organizational, communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
