Requirements:

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.


• Strong system architecture and backend design skills.


• Experience building production-grade AI agent systems or LLM applications.


• Strong Python and TypeScript/Node.js.


• Experience with async workflows, event-driven architectures, queues, and state machines.


• Solid API integration experience (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Slack, etc.).


• Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and vector databases.


• Strong testing, observability, and debugging practices.


• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.


• Ability to translate product ideas into reliable production systems.

Preferred:

• Experience with multi-agent orchestration.


• Knowledge of memory architectures, RAG, MCP, and tool calling.


• Experience with workflow engines (Temporal, LangGraph, Airflow, etc.).


• Experience designing long-running autonomous systems.
