Job Summary
- Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring proper storage of materials, monitoring stock movements, and supporting inventory accuracy across the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate ERP/WMS inventory records.
- Monitor receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments.
- Ensure proper storage and bin allocation.
- Monitor stock ageing.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance.
Stock Control & Verification:
- Perform cycle counts.
- Support physical stock counts.
- Investigate shortages, overages, and damages.
- Ensure physical stock matches system stock.
Documentation & System Management:
- Update inventory transactions.
- Maintain inventory reports.
- Verify GRNs and stock transfers.
Warehouse Coordination:
- Coordinate stock movement.
- Support picking and dispatch.
- Coordinate with Quality Control.
Compliance & Audit:
- Ensure SOP compliance.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Report inventory risks and discrepancies.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement:
- Prepare inventory MIS reports.
- Monitor inventory KPIs.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years' experience in inventory or warehouse operations.
- Working knowledge of ERP/WMS.
- FMCG experience preferred.
