Job Summary
- You will work closely with business leaders to strengthen leadership capability, develop a robust talent pipeline, enhance employee engagement, and position Human Capital function as a strategic business partner driving organizational performance and sustainable growth.
What You Will Lead
- Develop and implement the Bank's Human Capital Strategy in line with business objectives.
- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organizational development and people initiatives.
- Strengthening the Human Capital function as a trusted business partner.
- Lead talent acquisition, succession planning, leadership development and employee engagement.
- Drive a high-performance culture through effective performance management and coaching.
- Review and modernize Human Capital policies, governance, compliance and HR processes.
- Leverage HR technology and workforce analytics to support informed decision-making.
- Champion an inclusive, engaging and values-driven workplace culture.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
- Master's degree is preferred.
- Professional HR certification (ACIPM, SPHR, CIPD or equivalent) is an advantage.
- 10+ years of progressive Human Capital experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience within banking or financial services is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour legislation.
- Experience implementing HR technology and data-driven HR practices.
