Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials in line with hospital needs.
Monitor market trends and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Manage supplier relationships and performance. Collaborate with departments to understand and fulfill their procurement needs.
Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare reports for management.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years' experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Professional certification such as CIPS, MCIPS, CIPSSM, or equivalent is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of procurement regulations, contract management, and supplier management practices.
Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
