Lead evangelistic outreaches, discipleship programs, and spiritual growth initiatives.
Recruit, mentor, and establish new church members.
Organize and lead intercessory prayers for the region’s revival and church expansion.
Provide pastoral care, mentorship, and leadership to growing congregations.
Build strong community relationships and oversee church administration.
Plant and Build fellowships such as Student, Prison, Hospital, and Village Fellowships, amongst others, and daughter churches across the State of assignment
Function in the role of a Church Leader and be engaged in Church department work, leading Church services, teaching and preaching the word to the congregation
Offering Pastoral Care to members of the Church, engaging in visitations, and having a sympathetic ear and attitude toward Church members
Be fully engaged in the Church Prayer sessions, both in the Morning Staff Intercession sessions and Weekly Church Programs.
Engage fully in Church planting across the States of the Federation as assigned and appointed by the Senior Pastor.
Engage in the daily art of prayer, spiritual warfare, and intercession as a necessary discipline for winning souls and expanding the territory and influence of the Kingdom of God.
Engage the primary tool of Spiritual Mapping in the delicate assignment of Church planting and Church growth
Requirements
Must be a born-again pastor with a passion for church planting and growth.
Strong commitment to evangelism, discipleship, and intercessory ministry.
Proven experience in church leadership and establishing new churches.
Ability to mobilize, recruit, and establish a strong congregation.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Applicants must:
Be between 30 and 40 years of age
Be a born-again, Spirit-filled Pastor with a strong passion for evangelism, discipleship, church growth, and intercession.
Have proven pastoral experience leading and growing a local church congregation.
Be married and provide a valid Marriage Certificate as part of the application process.
Possess all relevant academic, ministerial, and professional credentials.
Be available to resume within two (2) weeks of receiving an offer of employment.
Currently residing in the State of assignment is an advantage.
Be committed to the vision, values, doctrines, and leadership of Vine City Church.
