Job Summary




  • The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the leadership team by managing calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, handling confidential information, and ensuring efficient day-to-day office operations.



Responsibilities




  • Manage executive calendars, appointments, and daily schedules.

  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other business documents.

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications professionally.

  • Organize travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics when required.

  • Maintain confidential records, files, and executive documentation.

  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders on behalf of management.

  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

  • Support planning and execution of meetings, events, and corporate activities.

  • Perform general administrative and office management duties as assigned.

Requirements




  • Minimum of an HND in Business Administration, Office Management, Secretarial Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Officer.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.

  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Candidates residing in or around Ikeja and its environs will have an added advantage.
