Job Description
We are seeking a competent, proactive, and highly organised HR/Admin Coordinator to support efficient human resource and administrative services across the organisation. The successful candidate will coordinate key HR processes, ensure regulatory compliance, enhance employee experience, and provide effective administrative support to drive business performance
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including job advertisements, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, reference checks, onboarding, and induction.
- Support the implementation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures in line with organisational objectives and statutory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Coordinate employee lifecycle activities, including probation confirmations, contract renewals, promotions, transfers, exits, and documentation.
- Administer leave management, attendance monitoring, and other employee records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate the performance management process by tracking appraisals, collating reports, and following up with line managers.
- Plan and coordinate employee learning and development programmes, maintaining accurate training records and monitoring completion.
- Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, benefits, procedures, and workplace practices.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and assist in resolving employee relations matters in line with company policies.
- Coordinate disciplinary and grievance processes while ensuring fairness, consistency, and confidentiality.
- Prepare periodic HR metrics, reports, and workforce analytics to support management decision-making.
- Coordinate administrative activities, including office facilities, accommodation, travel logistics, fleet administration, vendor coordination, and general office support.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Support HR and administrative projects and perform other duties assigned by management.
Requirements & Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years' progressive experience in Human Resources and Administration, preferably within a structured organisation.
- Relevant professional certification will be an added advantage.
- Sound knowledge of Nigerian Labour Laws and HR best practices.
