Job Summary

• We are seeking two experienced Shift Millers/Shift Leaders/Shift Supervisors to oversee shift operations in our aqua feed production facility in Ibadan.


• The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring efficient production of fish and shrimp feed while maintaining quality, safety, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily shift operations in the aqua feed production line.


• Monitor production activities to ensure quality standards and production targets are achieved.


• Oversee the operation of feed milling equipment for fish and shrimp feed production.


• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.


• Troubleshoot production and equipment issues to minimize downtime.


• Prepare and maintain accurate production and shift reports.


• Lead, train, and supervise production operators during assigned shifts.


• Ensure optimal utilization of manpower and production resources.

Requirements

• ND / HND in Engineering, Animal Science, Agriculture, or a related field.


• 5–10 years of experience in a Feed Mill, with hands-on experience in Aqua Feed (fish/shrimp feed) production.


• Strong knowledge of feed milling operations, production planning, and quality control.


• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.


• Willingness to work shifts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
