Roles & Responsibilities:

• Carry out all activities relating to sales


• Acquire new customers and retain existing customers for the bank whilst representing the brand positively


• Meet required financial targets/ sales budgets.


• Obtain customer information and determine eligibility of customers by comparing information received with requirements


• Provide Correct and complete information to customers on the organization's products and services.


• Receive and resolve customer enquiries, requests, and complaints within stipulated timeframe.


• Provide feedback on processes, products, and procedures for business improvement.


• Collaborate with other stakeholders to achieve organization and unit objectives

Requirements:

• B.Sc. (Minimum of 2.2)


• Ideal applicant must have completed NYSC


• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in sales or marketing in any financial institution.


• Good communication and presentation skills


• Excellent organizational and analytical skills


• Strong customer service orientation


• Good interpersonal skills & business knowledge
