Job Summary

• Ituen Basi is looking for a Retail / Brand Communication Associate to drive both in-store experience and the brand's digital presence.


• This role blends hands-on retail with content and communication, requiring someone who can confidently support daily store activities while shaping how the brand is expressed across digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Responsibilities include supporting retail sales and customer engagement in-store, creating and managing content, maintaining brand communications and contributing to a cohesive brand experience both online and on the shop floor.

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 2 years work experience.


• The ideal candidate is creative, organised and proactive, with strong communication skills, a clear understanding of digital platforms and the confidence to take ownership in a fast-paced retail environment.
