Job Summary

• We are looking for a highly-effective Operations Officer to run the business operations of African Naturalistas, a company into the manufacture and sales of Hair Products. You will be required to

Responsibilities

• Run the routine daily operations of the business


• Manage external business stakeholders, such as regulatory bodies, business vendors, and middlemen consultants


• Manage key operations units such as  Sales, HR, Administration, Finance, Production, Inventory, etc


• Monitor Employee compliance to office policies and procedures


• Improve business functionality to align with core business objectives.


• Plan and manage projects and contribute to product innovation.


• Track operational costs toward maintaining profit-margins.


• Promote efficiency by implementing improved operational procedures.


• Analyze and maintain operational data, and monitoring product inventories.


• Oversee Human Resources Development policies, training, and performance reviews.


• Ensure positive client, supplier, and vendor relationships.

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree with 5 - 6 years work experience.
