Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Production Data Entry Executive to join our FMCG company in Ikeja.


• The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, maintaining, and reporting production data to support operational efficiency, production planning, inventory control, and management decision-making.

Requirements

• B.Sc./HND in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Accounting, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.


• 2–4 years of experience in production data entry, production reporting, MIS, or a similar role within an FMCG or manufacturing environment.


• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and data analysis.


• Experience using ERP or production management systems is an added advantage.


• Good understanding of FMCG/manufacturing production processes.


• Strong numerical and analytical skills.


• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.


• Good reporting and communication skills.


• Ability to work with large volumes of data and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

• Candidates with experience working directly with production, inventory, warehouse, or manufacturing data will be preferred.


• Candidates who reside within or can conveniently commute to Ikeja and its environs are encouraged to apply.
