Job Description

• We are seeking a competent and proactive HSE Officer to support our Health, Safety and Environmental operations. The successful candidate will help ensure compliance with HSE standards, safe work practices, and effective operational controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily HSE monitoring across LMP and warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with safe work practices, PPE requirements, housekeeping and spill controls.


• Work closely with the Logistics Officer to ensure HSE compliance for inbound and outbound trucks, drivers, vendors and contractors.


• Provide routine HSE oversight, administration and reporting during the absence of the HSE Supervisor.


• Provide HSE coverage during extended operations, night shifts, weekends and public holidays, as required.


• Support the monitoring, compilation and maintenance of HSE statistics and documentation.


• Identify unsafe conditions and practices and support the implementation of appropriate corrective actions.


• Promote a strong HSE culture and ensure compliance with applicable company and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of BSc in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.


• ISPON Level 3 certification required.


• NEBOSH IGC will be an added advantage.


• Minimum of 2 years’ HSE experience, preferably within the oil & gas, chemical handling, logistics or industrial plant environment.


• Good knowledge of Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems, chemical hazard management, spill response and contractor/vendor HSE compliance.


• Strong communication, reporting and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and provide HSE coverage during weekends, public holidays and extended operations when required.
