Job Summary

• The Terminal Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the terminal, ensuring efficient cargo handling, operational excellence, safety compliance, and effective management of personnel and resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise terminal operations and workforce.


• Ensure timely cargo movement and equipment utilization.


• Enforce HSE and regulatory compliance.


• Monitor operational performance and prepare reports.


• Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, and regulatory agencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Transport Management, Business Administration, or a related field.


• Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in shipping and container terminal.


• Strong leadership and operational management skills.
