Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled Draftsman with relevant construction industry experience and an educational background in Architecture. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings and supporting the design and construction process.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural and technical drawings for construction projects.


• Interpret architectural designs, plans and specifications.


• Modify drawings based on project requirements and site conditions.


• Work closely with architects, engineers and construction teams.


• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and construction standards.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc. in Architecture or a related field.


• Proven experience as a Draftsman within the construction industry.


• Proficiency in relevant drafting/design software such as AutoCAD.


• Good understanding of architectural drawings and construction processes.


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
