Responsibilities

• Assist in testing software applications, websites, and features.


• Identify, document, and report bugs or issues clearly.


• Execute test cases and record test results.


• Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing under supervision.


• Work closely with developers and project teams to resolve identified issues.


• Verify that fixes meet expected requirements.


• Assist in preparing and maintaining QA documentation and test reports.


• Participate in product reviews and provide feedback on usability and functionality.


• Learn and apply QA best practices and testing methodologies.

Requirements

• Graduate of Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.


• Basic understanding of software development and testing concepts.


• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.


• Good communication and documentation skills.


• Willingness to learn and work collaboratively with a technical team.


• Basic knowledge of web and mobile applications is an advantage.


• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Postman, Selenium, or similar testing tools is a plus, but not required.
