Job Description

• Supervise all fleet maintenance activities, including inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and preventive servicing


• Maintain a structured maintenance schedule and ensure timely execution.


• Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement when necessary.


• Maintain a structured maintenance schedule and ensure timely execution.


• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and costs.


• Train and supervise technicians and maintenance staff.


• Collaborate with fleet operations to minimize vehicle and disruptions.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possess an OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical Engineering, Automobile Technology, or a related field with 5 - 7 years of hands-on experience in fleet maintenance, preferably in the transport or logistics sector.


• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills across a range of commercial vehicles.


• Excellent leadership and organizational abilities.


• Working knowledge of Nigerian road safety and transport regulations.
