Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy & Advisory:
- Develop and deliver HR strategies aligned with clients’ business objectives and growth priorities.
- Advise senior executives and leadership teams on strategic people and organisational issues.
- Conduct HR diagnostics and organisational assessments to identify people, capability and structural gaps.
- Develop practical recommendations, frameworks and implementation roadmaps.
Organisation & Workforce Transformation:
- Lead workforce planning and organisational effectiveness engagements.
- Support clients with organisational design, restructuring and role optimisation.
- Conduct workforce and capability assessments to identify current and future talent requirements.
- Develop strategies for building critical capabilities and future-ready workforces.
- Support change management and transformation initiatives.
Client Engagement & Project Delivery:
- Lead client engagements from diagnosis through solution design and implementation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client executives and key stakeholders.
- Manage project deliverables, timelines, quality and client expectations.
- Facilitate workshops, leadership sessions and stakeholder engagements.
- Present findings, recommendations and strategic solutions to senior management.
Business Development & Thought Leadership:
- Identify opportunities for HR and human capital consulting engagements.
- Contribute to proposals, bids, pitch presentations and business development activities.
- Develop thought leadership content, HR insights and client-facing solutions.
- Support the growth and positioning of the firm's People & Human Capital advisory practice.
Knowledge & Team Development:
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to consultants and analysts.
- Develop consulting methodologies, tools, templates and intellectual property.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in HR, workforce transformation, leadership and the future of work.
Key Qualifications & Experience
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Industrial Relations or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with significant experience in HR consulting/advisory.
- Experience working with management consulting firms, professional services firms or as a senior HR/business leader.
- Proven experience in delivering strategic HR advisory and transformation projects.
- Strong experience engaging with C-suite executives, senior management and business leaders.
- Professional HR certification such as CIPD, HRCI, SHRM or CIPM is highly desirable.
- MBA or postgraduate qualification in HR, Business, Management or a related field is an advantage.
