- Salary Range ₦200,000 - ₦300,000/month
- B.Sc./HND in Food Science, Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in FMCG/food manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of food production, GMP, HACCP, hygiene and HSE.
- Tracking raw material usage and finished goods levels to ensure the production line has the necessary inputs to run without interruption.
- Experience managing production targets, raw materials, manpower, machinery, quality and production costs.
- Proven ability to reduce waste, improve production efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving and reporting skills.
- Experience working with Quality Control, Maintenance, Warehouse and Procurement teams.
- Overseeing day-to-day operations on the production floor, ensuring workers are meeting hourly and daily output quotas.
