Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Fleet Operations Officer to monitor and coordinate vehicle movements, driver activities, and fleet operations.


• The ideal candidate should have strong numerical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor vehicle movements and locations using GPS tracking systems.


• Track drivers’ activities, routes, and trip schedules.


• Maintain accurate records of vehicles, trips, mileage, fuel usage, and maintenance.


• Monitor vehicle maintenance, servicing, and repairs.


• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly fleet reports.


• Identify route deviations, delays, or unauthorized vehicle use.


• Liaise with drivers, management, and maintenance teams.


• Ensure compliance with company vehicle and safety policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is an added advantage.


• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.


• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
