Summary

• We are looking for an experienced Laundry Marketing Supervisor to join our team.


• The ideal candidate must have hands on experience working in a laundry business and a good understanding of laundry operations, customer service, and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers.


• Manage customer acquisition and retention activities.


• Promote laundry services across social media and other marketing channels.


• Build relationships with individuals, estates, hotels, offices, and other potential clients.


• Follow up on leads and convert them into paying customers.


• Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities for business growth.


• Track marketing activities and prepare regular reports.


• Work closely with the laundry team to ensure excellent customer experience.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a laundry business, preferably in a marketing, sales, or supervisory role.


• Good knowledge of laundry services and operations.


• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.


• Proven ability to attract and retain customers.


• Good sales and marketing skills.


• Ability to supervise and coordinate a team.


• Must be proactive, target-driven, and result-oriented.
