Job Description

• Enugu Air Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Officer to support the implementation and maintenance of the airline's Quality Management System and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, company standards, and approved procedures.


• The successful candidate will assist in monitoring operational activities, conducting quality inspections and audits, identifying areas of non-compliance, and supporting corrective and preventive actions to promote continuous improvement across the organization. 

Key responsibilities:

• Assist the Quality Manger & Safety Manager in implementing, maintaining and continually improving compliance monitoring.


• Ensure corrective actions are taken to address the root cause of findings and observations.


• Implement the audit program, record and track compliance of the program, chair and take minutes of meeting.


• Support safety investigation and maintain the reporting database.


• Identify safety hazards, conduct risk assessment and recommend measures for continuous improvement.


• Driving implementation of the Safety Management System.


• Liaising and follow up with the relevant CAAs. 


• Review maintenance & operations procedures, documentation, and records to identify areas for potential improvement and compliance gaps 

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.


• Minimum of 2–3 years' relevant experience in quality assurance, quality control, compliance, auditing, or aviation operations.


• Experience in an airline, airport, aviation, engineering, or regulated environment is highly desirable.


• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and auditing principles.


• Familiarity with applicable NCAA requirements and aviation regulations is an added advantage.


• Relevant quality, auditing, or aviation certifications will be an added advantage.
