Job Summary

• We need a strategic Recruiter who understands that Recruiting is a Sales and Marketing function.


• You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing passive candidates to closing offers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: job briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.


• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future roles, segmented by skill set, seniority, and industry.


• Track all requirement activity in the company ATS/CRM and provide weekly pipeline reports.


• Research and identify target companies that align with our recruitment niche and service offerings.


• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, pitch decks, and service agreements.


• Own the email marketing infrastructure: manage lists, segments, templates, and deliverability.


• Set up automated workflows that trigger based on prospect behavior (opens, clicks, replies).


• Present monthly performance reviews to leadership with actionable insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, HR, Communications, or a related field with 2 - 3 Years of proven experience in Recruitment, preferably a Recruitment Agency or high-growth Startup environment.


• Demonstrate track record of bringing in new client accounts not just managing existing ones.


• Vast knowledge on Email Marketing.


• Hands-on experience with Email Marketing tools: You must have built and deployed campaigns in Mailchimp, HubSpot, and Instantly.io.


• Experience using a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar) to manage sales pipelines.


• Must be Tech Savvy.
