Job Summary

• We are looking for a proactive and organised Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, supervise staff, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service, while providing administrative and personal support to the CEO when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.


• Supervise staff and monitor attendance, performance and productivity.


• Drive sales and monitor achievement of store targets.


• Monitor stock levels and ensure proper inventory management.


• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints appropriately.


• Prepare and submit required sales and operational reports.


• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.


• Maintain a clean, organised and well-presented store.


• Support the onboarding and training of store staff when required.


• Provide administrative and personal support to the CEO as required.


• Manage schedules, appointments, follow-ups and assigned tasks for the CEO.


• Assist with coordination, documentation and other business-related tasks.


• Maintain confidentiality of business and personal information.


• Perform other duties as may be assigned by the CEO.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/HND in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or a related field.


• 1–3 years’ experience in store management, retail operations, administration or a related role.


• Previous experience supervising a team.


• Must currently reside in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, or within close proximity to the store.


• Strong communication, organisational, and multitasking skills.


• Good customer service and problem-solving skills.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.


• Ability to work independently and take initiative.


• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
