Responsibilities




  • Assist in reviewing financial statements, cash flow records, and sales transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance. This includes reconciling daily sales reports with cash and credit card receipts.

  • Participate in the monthly physical counting of the eatery and bakerysupplies and alsoverifyinventory records match the actual stock and identify any discrepancies.

  • Audit adherence to company policies related to food safety, hygiene standards, and customer service protocols.

  • Assist in preparing detailed audit reports summarizing findings, including identified risks, control weaknesses, and recommendations for corrective action.

  • Support the Head ofaudit unitwith administrative tasks, such as organizing documentation, scheduling audits, and following up on previous findings.



Skills & Qualifications




  • A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.

  • Strong ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and draw logical conclusions.

  • Strong Attention to Detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively report findings

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software is a plus.

  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive financial information.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
