Job Description
Job description:
Our client is a leading investment company in Lagos. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for leading hiring across its subsidiaries, from high-volume roles to executive searches, and building the talent engine that powers the organisation’s next stage of growth.
This isn't a back-office recruiting role. You'll be a strategic partner to business leaders, an architect of our employer brand, and the person candidates remember for making their hiring journey feel human, fast, and fair.
What You'll Own
- Shape workforce planning and hiring strategy across our subsidiaries, ensuring talent decisions align with where the business is headed not just where it's been.
- Lead end-to-end hiring across departments and entities, including senior and executive searches, with structured, competency-based interviews that surface the right talent, not just the loudest CV.
- Go beyond job boards: headhunting, social platforms, referrals, and partnerships to build a proactive bench of high-quality candidates before you need them.
- Tell the company's story through digital platforms, events, and university relationships, and make sure every candidate hired or not walks away with a great impression of us.
- Champion inclusive hiring practices that bring diverse perspectives into every talent pool and every shortlist.
- Run our ATS/HRIS like a pro, streamline workflows, and turn recruitment data into dashboards and insights that help leadership make smarter people decisions.
- Work shoulder-to-shoulder with hiring managers to define roles, sharpen selection criteria, and coach teams on recruitment best practices.
Requirements
- 6+ years in recruitment, including proven experience in executive hiring and multi-entity/group environments
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (a master's or certification like CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI is a strong plus)
- Real fluency with ATS/HRIS platforms;you don't just use the tools, you optimize them
- Sharp stakeholder management and communication skills; you can speak the language of a hiring manager and a C-suite exec in the same day
- Energy for a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities shift and ownership matters.
